Based on your Membership level, you can redeem your reward online during checkout with your unique Reward code,or ask your stylist to apply it to your next in store purchase.

How do I redeem my rewards?

You can redeem your rewards online during checkout with your unique code, or ask your stylist to apply it to your next in store purchase.

How much does it cost?

Joining the program is free! Plus, you'll earn 500 points just for joining!

How do I log in?-

Simply create an account with us, and log into your Primm's account each time you shop. Click "Rewards" in your account dashboard, and apply at checkout.

What if I forgot to use my reward?

Unfortunately we can retroactively add a reward to an order once you've checked out, but they don't expire so you can use it on your next purchase!

Do rewards expire?

No, Rewards do not expire, so feel free to redeem them. at your convenience!

Does my Membership Level expire or get reset?

To stay at your level, you'll need to continue spending at the same amount as the previous year.

What happens to my rewards when I return something?

Returning previous purchases will deduct the corresponding rewards points from your points balance.
